My first invention was the Jewelry Design Aid -- an innovative bead board with such features as a way to easily remove beads from the board.
I then added other accessories: A custom-cut product called Vivelle, which is a paper product made in Germany. I had two pieces die cut to shape. One piece fits in the upper compartment on the board and the other goes around the outer U channel. The purpose: Removable, different colors, soft surface for beads and findings.
The next accessory was a custom-cut magnet to fit in the upper compartment area. The magnet is a thin slice, it holds its shape, and is removable. It is a strong enough magnet to hold small findings in place, such as jump rings, head and eye pins, and other metal pieces.
The next invention: The Bead Illuminator. More on that soon. I must get it patent pending first.
